Best Buddies Jobs continues the integration of people with development disabilities into the community through supported employment.
In January, Best Buddies Jobs created a new and exciting partnership with the Cardinal Cushing School in Hanover, MA. Kelsey Jordan, a new Employment Consultant with Best Buddies, will work with 10-12 students from the school and help them find part-time positions within the Hanover community.
The students are between the ages of 18-22 and are very excited to start working. Kelsey is looking for companies in the Hanover area who need a great employee and support the Best Buddies mission. Once her students have found jobs, Kelsey will provide on the job training and follow along services to support them in reaching their employment goals.
